Vibrant Arts was founded in 2009 by Scottish contemporary artist Ronnie Ford, along with founder artists, David Acevedo from Florida, Jonathan Jay Lee from Hong Kong and Marcello from Switzerland. Following two successful exhibitions they were joined in October 2009 by German musicians Juergen Kast, Uwe Boehler, Nico Olivier and Ralf Feinstein who make up the Vibrant Arts Band.

Each piece of music is inspired by a piece of art, composed and performed with improvised passages, with the art on view for the audience.
