HOWL GALLERY/TATTOO CELEBRATES 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH FUNDRAISER FOR ARC ANIMAL REFUGE CENTER

ANNIVERSARY PARTY TO BE HELD DURING APRIL ART WALK

HOWL Gallery/Tattoo, located in the heart of the downtown Fort Myers River District, celebrates its 2 Year Anniversary during Art Walk on April 1st, 2011. The evening will include a raffle for a chance to win original paintings by HOWL co-owner, Andy Howl, HOWL tattoo artist Matt Lackey, a HOWL tattoo gift basket, a salon gift basket courtesy of The Rock Salon in Fort Myers, and gift certificates from Hotel Indigo, Space39 and Spirits of Bacchus. Raffle tickets are $5 each and will be available for purchase from Monday, March 28th, until the end of the evening on April 2nd. A portion of the raffle ticket proceeds will benefit the ARC Animal Refuge Center, a no-kill, not for profit animal shelter in North Fort Myers.

The opening reception for HOWL Gallery/Tattoo's new exhibit, "Galaxies United" will also be held that night, from 6-10pm. The show features works by Stephen Hayford and Robert Hendrickson, both Lucasfilm artists, currently living in Southwest Florida. The exhibit continues through April.

HOWL Gallery/Tattoo opened in March of 2009, and is a hybrid art gallery that brings together the best in contemporary pop art from across the country with a world class custom tattoo studio.
