HOWL Gallery/Tattoo in Fort Myers, Florida, was filmed for several episodes of the Discovery DMAX Channel television show TATTOO BERLIN on May 26th and 28th 2010. The cable network television show is similar to Miami Ink and LA Ink in the US, and is televised in Germany, Sweden, and Austria. Tattoo Berlin features the adventures of Daniel Krause, a German tattoo shop owner and tattoo artist. In the episodes filmed at HOWL Gallery/Tattoo, Daniel is visiting his friend and fellow tattoo artist Marco Streng in Fort Myers, Florida. Marco introduces Daniel to HOWL Gallery owners Alainna Zwiernik and Andy Howl, as well as HOWL tattoo artist Stevie Bananas. The film crew featured multiple tattoos being completed by the show's cast during sessions at HOWL. A three-quarter sleeve tattoo by Stevie Bananas and a 5 hour, full-color tattoo by Andy Howl, were also filmed. Tattoo artist Stevie Bananas was taped tattooing the show's star Daniel Krause with a banana tattoo and started work on an additional piece.
